About the position

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Moonstone Nutrition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategy and executing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. You will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams such as programmers, and external vendors to ensure that campaigns are launched on time and within budget. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our social media presence across all digital platforms and managing our eCommerce platforms, including Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Target.com. You will measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against established goals such as ROI and KPIs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights, and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies. You will also plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Your strong analytical ability will allow you to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, ensuring that conversion points are instrumented and user funnels are optimized. Additionally, you will evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for their adoption where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and manage all ecommerce digital marketing and promotions for Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and Target.com.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Plan, launch, and manage Moonstone's influencer and affiliate programs.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
