About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Mathis Home is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving store and online traffic, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms. This role involves managing and optimizing all digital marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience and content distribution strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive store traffic, online traffic, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Assist and work with others in marketing to develop content and distribution strategies across digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and projects.
  • Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for digital innovation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in social media management.
  • Basic typing skills; ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers.
