About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at AVPro Global Holdings is responsible for overseeing multiple brands' digital marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves managing mass email marketing, social media, and website content creation, while collaborating with the creative team to develop visual assets and messaging for digital communications. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to email marketing and extensive experience in managing marketing databases and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Manage social media strategy to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Design, segment, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and provide reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage PPC campaigns and display advertising, optimizing performance through A/B testing and keyword research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches.
  • Produce high-quality content in collaboration with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the AV electronics or technology industry.
  • Proven experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding consistency.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment is a plus.
