The Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Media at BubbleUp LLC is a pivotal role responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive growth for clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in search, social, and programmatic media, who can leverage data to make informed business decisions. The role involves overseeing comprehensive paid media initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social campaigns, and display advertising, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering actionable insights through performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Media Ad Buying strategy, from keyword identification to campaign optimization, leveraging tools like Google Ads, SEMRush and other advanced analytics.
• Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, continuously optimizing targeting strategies and budgets.
• Manage display campaigns, with a focus on remarketing and in-market targeting via platforms like Google Display Network.
• Oversee Product Feed advertising and implement conversion tracking to measure ROI effectively.
• Provide weekly reporting on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in media buying and planning.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio with knowledge of SQL, R, & Python.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
• Experience managing more than 10MM+ in media spend per year.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Business Analytics, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Facebook Ad Manager and LinkedIn Ad Manager.
• Familiarity with Social Media Advertising platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for data analysis and manipulation.
