About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Media, is a pivotal role within the marketing team at BubbleUp, responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive growth for clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in search, social, and programmatic media, who can leverage data to make informed business decisions. The role involves overseeing comprehensive paid media initiatives, managing significant media spend, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Media Ad Buying strategy, from keyword identification to campaign optimization, leveraging tools like Google Ads, SEMRush and other advanced analytics.
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, continuously optimizing targeting strategies and budgets.
  • Manage display campaigns, with a focus on remarketing and in-market targeting via platforms like Google Display Network.
  • Oversee Product Feed advertising and implement conversion tracking to measure ROI effectively.
  • Provide weekly reporting on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in media buying and planning.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio with knowledge of SQL, R, & Python.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Business Analytics, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing more than 10MM+ in media spend per year.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for data analysis and manipulation.
