About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Social at Comoto Holdings is responsible for executing and optimizing paid marketing channels, primarily focusing on Social, Display, Video, and OTT. This role is crucial for driving revenue and customer acquisition goals, working closely with various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a large Paid Social program to support Revzilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles.
  • Execute ad/copywriting testing to find effective messaging for moto enthusiasts.
  • Evaluate and optimize Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and Promotional Campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign pacing of multimillion dollar budgets.
  • Optimize the Social portfolio daily to enhance performance and reduce underachievers.
  • Oversee and optimize Display/Discovery efforts to drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Drive YouTube revenue/reach campaigns to support in-house content.
  • Manage OTT campaigns with third-party platforms to enhance brand awareness.
  • Drive aggressive revenue and first-time purchaser growth across Acquisition/Performance channels.
  • QA own workflow and review teammates' work to ensure a positive customer-facing experience.
  • Ideate new campaigns in collaboration with in-house creative teams to drive results.
  • Own and manage vendor/platform relationships.
  • Stay updated on Digital Marketing trends for self-improvement and mentorship.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • E-Commerce experience.
  • Experience managing mid-to-large-scale Paid Social on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • End-to-end campaign management skills (planning, launch, testing).
  • Expertise in various ad types across Social platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Audience management.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to communicate effectively with the creative team.
  • Experience with large-scale multi-platform campaigns and budget management.
  • Proven ability to lead Display/Discovery, Video, and OTT campaigns across multiple vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe).
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
  • Experience addressing Marketing Analytics challenges like attribution and media mix modeling.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-starter with a quick learning ability in new processes and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Paid Search and Shopping campaign management.
  • Working knowledge of BI Visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau).
  • Experience with Reddit and other social media platforms.
  • Product data feed management experience.
  • Omnichannel experience including measurement.
