The Program Manager, Partner Events at Delta Defense, LLC plays a crucial role in enhancing the promotion and attendance of in-person training classes and educational events across the national business partner network of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). This position requires a strong belief in the 2nd Amendment and the mission of the USCCA, which is dedicated to helping responsible Americans avoid danger, save lives, and keep their families safe. The Program Manager will utilize both digital and traditional marketing channels to execute event marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing campaigns successfully achieve lead and sales targets while supporting the requirements of the field team. In this pivotal role, the Program Manager will collaborate with various teams including Sales, Training, Marketing, Operations, and IT to oversee new curriculum integrations and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. The responsibilities include establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that all sales and marketing initiatives exceed targets, developing strong partnerships with the Outside Sales team and the Official Partner network, and continuously improving and supporting the event curriculum in collaboration with the Education & Training Group and Sales team. The Program Manager will also engage with Data Analytics, IT, and other departments to create targeted audience segments and ensure effective campaign delivery through robust data analysis. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the management of standing meetings, conducting after-action reviews, and leading product marketing efforts to enhance the effectiveness of training product sales through event marketing. Budget and resource management is also a key responsibility, ensuring that program budgets are adhered to and expenditures are monitored effectively. Staying updated on event marketing trends and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies are essential duties of this role.
