About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at bread & Butter is responsible for managing digital marketing strategies for clients in the food & beverage and hotel & travel sectors. This role involves crafting creative content strategies, building consumer ad funnels, and ensuring client goals are met through effective digital marketing campaigns. The position requires a strong understanding of digital trends, analytics, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to the needs of food & beverage and hotel & travel clients daily.
  • Craft creative content strategies and build consumer ad funnels that meet client goals.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, creating benchmarks for success and optimizing based on insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Evaluate strategies against client objectives and adjust quarterly goals as needed.
  • Draft and manage e-blasts using platforms like MailChimp and Constant Contact.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and evaluate emerging technologies for marketing optimization.
  • Attend and lead client meetings to assess campaign progress and propose new advertising opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency and with hotel, restaurant, and food & beverage brands.
  • Proven track record of driving sales via paid social media, Google, and digital marketing tactics.
  • Ability to manage social media advertising strategies for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including Google search and display ads, Amazon ads, SEO, and retargeting ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize marketing strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with MailChimp, Constant Contact, and other email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
