About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager - Personalization and Web Leads at Johnson Controls is responsible for leading the development of content and personalization strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads through the company's websites. This role encompasses the full lifecycle of tailored digital experiences, leveraging website and chatbot technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive growth. The manager will utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of content and personalization strategies to generate high-quality leads from websites.
  • Create rules-based and GenAI experiences that guide customers through their buying journey.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement personalization campaigns.
  • Oversee web lead routing and ensure efficient inquiry management from chatbots and web forms.
  • Track and analyze visitor behavior using tools like GA4, SEMrush, and Hotjar.
  • Communicate insights and results to the global marketing community to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage vendor partners for user experience, content creation, and analytics.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project components to ensure goals and schedules are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in managing large, global digital projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with enterprise-class digital marketing tools like Sitecore and Eloqua.
  • Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills.
  • Positive energy and a growth mindset with a focus on win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated international thinking and adaptability in messaging.
