About the position
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a self-directed, entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to join the US Field Team. This role focuses on shaping digital marketing strategy and executing integrated campaigns to support the growth of the Public Sector business. The marketer will work independently to define success metrics, optimize campaigns, and collaborate closely with various teams to enhance engagement across public institutions.
Responsibilities
- Shape digital marketing strategy and own execution.
- Design online experiences that accelerate movement through different stages of the funnel.
- Define success metrics by working backward from department goals.
- Architect, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, web, and paid/syndicated channels.
- Support the digital team's charter to build foundational digital marketing programs.
- Drive optimization and create long-term solutions in areas of mailable database growth and list segmentation.
- Collaborate closely with field, sales, and technical teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
