This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategies to attract and recruit physicians effectively. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing demand generation strategies that not only drive qualified leads but also contribute to revenue growth. This position requires a strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing, particularly within the healthcare or recruitment sectors. In this role, you will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aimed at enhancing engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You will manage and optimize various digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that they align with our overall business objectives. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to create compelling content and targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience. Additionally, you will implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with potential recruits, while also monitoring and responding to social media interactions to foster community engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be tasked with monitoring online reputation through client reviews and creating campaigns to enhance our online ratings. Content creation is a significant aspect of this role, as you will assist in developing branding materials and graphic content for all digital channels. You will design, build, and maintain email marketing campaigns, analyze their performance, and utilize data-driven insights to refine our marketing strategies. Reporting on campaign performance to senior management will be a key responsibility, along with evaluating and optimizing marketing processes for increased effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition within the healthcare or recruitment sectors.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and targeted campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with potential recruits.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, encouraging employee involvement and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to client reviews, creating campaigns to increase online rating/NPS scores.
  • Assist in developing branding materials, content copy, and targeted messaging.
  • Design, build, and maintain email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing processes for increased effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
