About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing Everlywell's paid media strategy across various channels, including paid search, display, and PPC. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition and enhancing the company's growth through effective digital marketing campaigns. The manager will work closely with the Head of Growth and collaborate with the acquisition and product teams to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end management of multiple PPC channels: paid search, display, and test channels.
  • Maintain ongoing measurement of channel level KPIs and report on performance daily, weekly, and quarterly.
  • Deploy best in class Google Ads practices across PMAX, Shopping, and Search ads.
  • Scale local search ad campaigns for in-person testing options.
  • Create and drive campaigns leveraging rules-based automation to scale and evolve the existing program.
  • Facilitate detailed audience segmentations and keyword research to inform bid strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand customer needs.
  • Define experiments to iterate and enhance the status quo.
  • Partner with analysts to drive data insights and action on key learnings.
  • Manage reporting exercises leveraging first and third-party data insights.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in digital media campaign management, particularly in search and PPC channels.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing or relevant agency experience.
  • Proven track record managing 7-figure paid media budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Search, Google Analytics, DMP management).
  • Technical and analytical mindset with empathy for customer needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of affiliate channels and SEO experience.
  • Previous experience in health tech.
