About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager (Search) at Everly Health is responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels, including paid search and display. This role is crucial for driving consumer sales and enhancing the accessibility of lab testing services. The manager will work closely with the Head of Growth and collaborate with acquisition and product teams to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end management of multiple PPC channels: paid search, display, and test channels.
  • Maintain ongoing measurement of channel level KPIs and report on performance daily, weekly, and quarterly.
  • Deploy best in class Google Ads practices across PMAX, Shopping, and Search ads.
  • Begin to scale local search ad campaigns for our growing in-person testing option.
  • Create and drive campaigns leveraging rules based automation to scale and evolve the existing robust program.
  • Consistently facilitate detailed audience segmentations and/or keyword research to inform bid strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders through deep understanding of our customers.
  • Define experiments to iterate and enhance the status quo.
  • Partner internally with analysts to drive data insights and action on key learnings.
  • Manage reporting exercises that leverage first and third party data insights to enhance persona building and media consumption behaviors for first and repeat purchases.

Requirements

  • 8 years experience in digital media (search and other PPC channels) campaign management with recent direct to consumer or relevant agency experience.
  • Proven campaign management with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with prior experience leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Search, Google Analytics, DMP platform management, etc.) to inform tactical decisions and strategy.
  • Proven track record of delivering impact through paid digital channels to grow consumer sales.
  • Strong handle of evolving trends in search including PMAX deployment and AI driven marketing.
  • Strong communicator both up and down, with comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of affiliate channels and SEO experience.
  • Previous experience in health tech.
