About the position

BrightStar Care is seeking a passionate and energetic Digital Marketing Manager & Senior Analyst to assist the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. This full-time role involves a variety of creative and administrative duties, including enhancing the company's SEO presence, managing marketing collateral, overseeing pay-per-click campaigns, and conducting sales, marketing, operational, and financial analysis. The position offers a flexible schedule and a positive work environment, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic
• Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
• Utilize SEO tools to improve website visibility and search engine rankings
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and create engaging content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Sales experience is a plus
• Strong PPC, SEO, and Google Analytics skills
• Health industry experience is a plus
• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred
• Solid skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer use
• Persuasive interpersonal skills with clients and employees
• Experience in traditional marketing (2 years required)
• Analytical skills (2 years preferred)
• Client services experience (2 years preferred)
