About the position

As a Digital Marketing Manager with a specialization in SEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that enhance our search engine rankings and drive significant traffic to our website. This position is crucial for our Law Firm as it directly impacts our inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. You will be expected to be highly organized, proactive, and innovative in your approach to digital marketing, ensuring that our strategies align with the overall business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing content across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, blogs, postcards, and email campaigns. Your expertise in content creation will be essential in designing engaging materials that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, you will run and analyze reports on sales tracking, lead sources, and marketing campaigns to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions. You will also oversee the management of our social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, HubSpot, and Pinterest, ensuring that our online presence is strong and engaging. Reputation management will be a key aspect of your role, as you will be responsible for managing online reviews and customer feedback to maintain a positive brand image. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and other team members to drive marketing and sales success, building relationships with key players in the home buying process and supporting CRM management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
  • Develop new lead generation strategies and create optimized content for Instagram, TikTok, blogs, postcards, and email campaigns.
  • Design and assist in the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Run and analyze reports on sales tracking, lead sources, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and develop collateral for sales presentations and support event planning.
  • Oversee and develop content for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, HubSpot, and Pinterest.
  • Manage online reviews and customer feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Build relationships with key players in the home buying process and support CRM management.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and other team members to drive marketing and sales success.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong management skills and experience.
  • Excellent writing and content creation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate and innovate.
