About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager for Sun Cruiser at Boston Beer Company is responsible for developing and executing the digital and social media strategy for the brand. This hybrid position requires the candidate to reside within commuting distance to the office and involves managing both organic and paid social media efforts, content development, and broader communications related to advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital communications plans across functions including social media, advertising, creative, and web.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social channels to connect with consumers and drive positive brand sentiment.
• Lead execution of organic social content strategy to enhance brand identity and engage drinkers.
• Manage development of advertising campaign plans in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Provide monthly social reports with recommendations for optimization.
• Oversee community management efforts to engage fans and foster advocacy across brand social channels.
• Manage content development process for digital and social channels, including advertising needs.
• Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Creative teams for e-commerce and digital advertising content.
• Manage influencer agency for strategy development and execution of influencer activation.
• Administer brand website and collaborate with Creative and Brand teams on content and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in social media management and/or content management for a consumer brand.
• Successful track record of managing agency partners and creative teams for campaigns.
• Experience working with content creators, influencers, and brand partners.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategy, Google Analytics, and website management.
• Extraordinary communication and copywriting skills.
