About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Seiko Watch of America is responsible for overseeing the brand's digital presence, including managing multiple websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media accounts. This temporary position focuses on executing digital marketing strategies, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing the consumer journey across digital touchpoints. The role requires strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of UX design to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the brand's digital footprint including multiple websites, e-commerce site, and social media accounts.
  • Manage data accuracy on all digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee digital community engagement interactions and communications.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for all digital sites and manage third-party agencies where applicable.
  • Oversee digital programming and media budget while remaining fiscally responsible.
  • Manage e-mail marketing including audience segmentation, campaign automation, A/B testing, and general programming while managing compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Regularly maintain website's content to ensure accuracy of imagery, videos, copy and pricing.
  • Ensure and evaluate a cohesive and user-friendly consumer journey at digital touch points.
  • Manage retention, affiliate programming, new customer acquisition programs, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Create and manage campaign UTM links.
  • Complete continuous market research to identify emerging web technologies and capabilities to help evaluate opportunities for growth.
  • Create and publish weekly and monthly digital reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills for making data-driven decisions and deriving actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of UX design to guide web design architecture for high-quality user experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, programmatic, social media, and ad tracking capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify/Shopify Plus, Listrak, Attentive, Image Relay, SiteCore, and Hootsuite is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail for optimization and achieving marketing efficiencies.
  • Strong communication skills and presentation capabilities.
