About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Zoetis is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to identify growth opportunities within the animal health sector. This role involves collaborating with brand marketing and automation teams to develop targeted communication strategies for B2B and B2C customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and campaign management, focusing on creating customer journeys and providing strategic insights to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute new digital campaigns to drive growth within the animal health market.
  • Utilize data and analytics to uncover and exploit new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale new initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys, ensuring personalized messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on messaging and communication tactics.
  • Partner with data scientists to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating the business impact of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in high-growth, startup-style marketing and sales, preferably in B2B pharmaceutical, animal health, or financial services.
  • Knowledgeable in current practices, trends, and technology used in digital marketing and sales.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an environment of changing priorities.
  • Independent thinker, able to work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic display, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing/sales software and tools such as Salesforce and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other digital creative platforms.
