About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of the Clinical Effectiveness web presence within wolterskluwer.com, focusing on the UpToDate and Medi-Span brands. This role involves collaborating with the content and digital team to publish web pages, manage A/B testing, and drive traffic and conversion growth. The manager will lead the web governance team, coordinate with various divisions, and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance visitor engagement and optimize site performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation, publication, and maintenance of web pages using Sitecore CMS.
  • Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Serve as web design subject matter expert and guide team members through layout and content choices.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Develop strategies to increase website traffic and improve conversion rates.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyze website performance and user behavior.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Manage the Sitecore personalization program to enhance user engagement.
  • Lead the web governance team to coordinate web optimizations across various teams.
  • Optimize site performance to bring relevant traffic to external e-stores.
  • Manage resources including offshore teams and agencies.
  • Ensure all web marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web marketing efforts with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years' experience as a Web Marketing Manager in high volume B2B web program with a global presence.
  • Proficiency in Sitecore CMS.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and site optimization techniques.
  • Previous management of agency or direct resources.

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare or Health Information Technology (HIT) experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with managing web-integrated technologies, including chatbots and marketing automation platforms.
