About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager - Web position at Intuit is a pivotal role within the Digital Marketing Team, focusing on optimizing the online presence of the Intuit ProTax Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing web strategies that align with best practices for online conversion. Your knowledge of visual design and user experience principles will be crucial in creating customer experiences that are not only engaging but also functional within existing web frameworks. You will have the opportunity to author new web landing pages or modify existing ones using a React-based content management system, ensuring that all content is optimized for user engagement and accessibility. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work with a matrixed team to drive web projects from design through to build. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, schedule necessary meetings, and communicate project statuses to key stakeholders. Your ability to operate independently while efficiently managing your time will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop web strategies and best practices for online conversion.
  • Design and deliver customer experiences that work within existing web frameworks and components.
  • Author new web landing pages or modify existing pages within a React-based content management system.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Work with a matrixed team to drive web projects from design through build.
  • Schedule necessary meetings and communicate project status to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing, and/or Marketing Operations with browser-based application testing and debugging.
  • Front-end coding experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web best practices for user experience and accessibility.
  • Content Management System experience (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in Digital/Web Marketing with demonstrated success in delivering optimized customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of visual design and UX principles and methods.
