About the position

North Highland is the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, and we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Atlanta, Georgia office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of evolving our digital storefront, focusing on driving and optimizing website traffic, conversions, and user experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing web performance, translating data into actionable insights, implementing innovative tactics, and enhancing the overall experience for our web visitors. You will collaborate with other changemakers in our firm to bring our go-to-market narrative to life through our website and advertising efforts. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage and elevate our website, serving as the primary point of contact for all web-related issues and inquiries. You will build a comprehensive website strategy, introducing new interactive components, layouts, and content aimed at increasing conversions. This will involve coordinating with agency partners and collaborating across teams to create, maintain, and update site content and tagging. You will also be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing website security updates while staying current with digital content strategy and UX trends to identify opportunities for improvement. In addition to website management, you will innovate with SEO and advertising by building, executing, and managing our SEO/SEM strategy. This includes leading technical SEO audits, performing keyword research, and developing campaigns for other digital advertising channels to drive traffic to our web properties. You will manage the SEM budget and derive insights by pulling, analyzing, and visualizing website and SEO metrics to inform site improvements and conversion trends. Your ability to communicate website, SEO, and SEM performance to key stakeholders will be crucial in this role. We are looking for a driven digital powerhouse with strong analytical, creative, and project management skills. You will need to demonstrate expertise in marketing automation, CMS, and CRM platforms, as well as proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce. Your passion for digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and accountability in project management will be key to your success in this position. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with a master's degree and professional certificates being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and elevate the North Highland website and corresponding web properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all web-related issues and inquiries.
  • Build website strategy and introduce new interactive components, layouts, and content to increase conversions.

  • Evangelize best practices in website management and enhance content development and maintenance processes.

  • Build, execute, and manage SEO/SEM strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal performance.
  • Lead technical SEO audits and site crawls to improve website performance.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to develop copy and improve organic and paid search performance.
  • Develop campaigns and content for other digital advertising channels to drive traffic to the North Highland web properties.
  • Manage SEM budget and derive insights from website and SEO metrics to inform site improvements and conversion trends.
  • Communicate website, SEO, and SEM performance and trends to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, managing websites, SEO, and SEM.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CMS, and CRM platforms like Drupal, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify insights and optimize digital experiences.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Accountability in project management and ownership of digital deliverables.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields with a strong digital emphasis.
