About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager (Website) is responsible for driving the digital customer experience strategy across key digital channels, particularly focusing on the client website and CGI asset development. This role involves defining necessary features and functionalities to effectively communicate the client’s product and brand story, while managing day-to-day processes and timelines in coordination with production and creative agencies to ensure timely launches.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) design and digital marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with online shopping tools and content management systems.
  • Background in search engine optimization (SEO) and experience with online shopping tools and content management systems.
  • Technical aptitude to grasp complex issues and communicate effectively with technology teams and designers.
  • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and translating user insights into actionable site improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of digesting site metrics and recommending enhancements.
  • Experience with CGI asset creation to support digital content needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a large organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and familiarity with electric vehicles (EVs) is a plus.
