About the position

Eaton's ES AMER MCO division is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a hybrid role based in Beachwood, Ohio or Moon Township, PA. This strategic position within the Marketing Communications team focuses on leveraging digital customer touchpoints to enhance user experience and drive engagement with the Eaton brand. The manager will develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with commercial growth goals, utilizing various digital channels to build awareness, generate demand, and nurture leads.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and field MarCom teams to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial growth goals.
  • Understand the buyer's journey, personas, and pain points to inform marketing strategies.
  • Recommend effective digital marketing mix including web, email, paid media, organic social, video, and webinars.
  • Work with the global CoE to implement effective SEO strategies and page design.
  • Establish a lead scoring model to identify marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Monitor and assess the performance of digital marketing initiatives, reporting key findings and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage Adobe Target for testing and personalization of digital content.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws regarding personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Enhance user experience on Eaton.com and MyEaton using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Drive consistent use of enterprise taxonomies across all systems.
  • Utilize marketing technology tools to increase efficiencies and results.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing strategy, execution, and analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Expertise in digital marketing including SEO, analytics, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Aptitude for tools in the marketing technology stack.
  • Experience in analyzing digital marketing data.
  • Knowledge of electrical products, markets, and channels.
