About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic role within Eaton's Marketing Communications team, focusing on enhancing the digital customer experience and driving engagement with the brand. This position involves leveraging digital tools and customer touchpoints to create personalized experiences, develop effective digital marketing strategies, and collaborate with various teams to achieve commercial growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and field MarCom teams to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial growth goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the buyer's journey, personas, and pain points.
  • Recommend the most effective digital mix based on objectives, including web, email, paid media, organic social, video, and webinars.
  • Work with the global CoE to define and implement effective SEO strategies and page design.
  • Ensure a proper lead scoring model is in place to identify marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Monitor performance of digital marketing initiatives, assess impact against goals, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage Adobe Target for testing and personalization.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws regarding personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Enhance user experience on Eaton.com and MyEaton via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Drive consistent use of enterprise taxonomies across all systems.
  • Utilize marketing technology tools to increase efficiencies and results.
  • Stay updated on current digital trends and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing strategy, execution, and analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Digital marketing expertise, including SEO, analytics, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Expertise with tools in the marketing technology stack.
  • Experience in analyzing digital marketing data.
  • Knowledge of electrical products, markets, and channels.
