About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at MAGNA WAVE Inc. is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in various digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, user-friendly websites and web pages that align with brand guidelines and meet business objectives.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Work with social media specialists to develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and prepare reports on campaign performance.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving cost-effective results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
