About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of Learning Tree International by specializing in website management, e-commerce strategies, and demand generation. This position is focused on optimizing user experience, driving e-commerce sales, and implementing effective digital marketing initiatives to generate demand and measurable growth across digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize website performance, enhance UX/UI, and increase conversion rates to drive e-commerce sales.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns to attract traffic, acquire customers, and boost sales through the website.
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and oversee SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze website data and user behavior to identify opportunities for CRO and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling and SEO-optimized content that engages users and supports demand generation efforts.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor website performance, track KPIs, generate reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the highest ROI and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Work closely with product management, design, IT, and sales teams to align website and digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the operation and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience from browsing to checkout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, e-commerce, and demand generation.
  • Strong expertise in website analytics, SEO, SEM, CRO, and proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, or relevant areas.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website CMS platforms.
