Highline Warren is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Integrated Brand Marketing team in Charlotte, NC. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and will be instrumental in enhancing our marketing efforts. In this position, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including retail, organic and paid search (SEO and SEM), paid advertising (PPC and PPL), email, social media, and partnerships. The role requires collaboration with designers and external agencies to create and implement a content strategy that drives leads and conversions through various formats such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and diagnostic tools. Additionally, the manager will optimize content for search engine visibility to improve organic rankings and drive inbound traffic. The successful candidate will be an expert in our content management system, Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud, providing daily operational support. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a seamless handoff of leads to support sales enablement efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will also provide detailed analysis and measurement of campaign results, using insights to refine future campaigns and stay informed about industry trends and competitive activity to inform campaign strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create and execute content strategy.
  • Optimize content and structure for search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Provide daily operational support for the content management system (Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proper messaging and execution of campaigns.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff of leads and support sales enablement efforts.
  • Provide detailed analysis and measurement of campaign results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in integrated marketing, campaign management, or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, email marketing & social media best practices.
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing and relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing software.
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform across their Digital Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, CRM/Sales Cloud.
  • Certified in Google AdWords.
  • Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry marketing.
