About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Whisker Seeker Tackle will oversee all aspects of digital marketing operations, focusing on expanding brand presence, increasing brand awareness, driving online sales, and fostering customer loyalty through various marketing channels. This role requires a creative individual with strong communication and management skills to effectively plan, execute, and refine digital marketing campaigns targeting both B2C and B2B customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the company website: www.whiskerseeker.com
• Oversee the management of all digital channels
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns through email, Facebook, Google, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create and implement effective website funnels to guide visitors through the conversion process
• Create and optimize landing pages in Adobe Magento
• Manage the budget for paid ads, ensuring cost-effective strategies that align with company objectives
• Management of contracted graphic art personnel and supervising their work
• Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost web traffic and generate leads
• Update and maintain SEO on new and existing website pages to improve search rankings and organic visibility
• Create and implement engaging content that aligns with our SEO strategy and target audience
• Monitor analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HeatMap, and Search Console to track website performance and user behavior

Requirements

• Three to five or more years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required
• Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
• Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
