We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is collaborative, curious, and motivated, with a passion for putting customers first. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the overall strategy and execution of webinars, content syndication, and other digital activations aimed at deepening engagement with potential customers. Your efforts will help them understand their problems, find solutions, and realize the full potential of Cribl's products. As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, you will plan and deliver compelling digital moments through the funnel for our audience segments. This involves driving the interlock between campaigns and content contributors across Marketing, ultimately resulting in happy customers, impacting the pipeline, and winning business to contribute to our continued growth story. You will lead the creation and execution of Cribl's webinar and demo calendar based on data-driven insights, working with stakeholders to develop content that has the greatest pipeline impact. You will serve as a subject matter expert on webinars and digital events, advising on best practices, running test-and-learn initiatives, and influencing our content strategy. Your role will also involve managing the end-to-end implementation of programs, proactively planning for 12-15 live or on-demand webinars per quarter, and evolving our webinar program strategy to maximize impact. Additionally, you will moderate webinars, cultivate feedback loops, and provide program reporting to enhance our strategies and inform discussions with stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to program management, activation, and optimization of our content syndication channels, ensuring that all operational lead capture and flow requirements are met.
