About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Umpqua Bank is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques across various digital platforms. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align strategies and ensure compliance with bank regulations while fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques.
  • Enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's websites.
  • Generate sales leads through comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan and manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research and performance analysis.
  • Create, manage, and optimize display advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Design and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to create and maintain landing pages.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on website and campaign performance.
  • Analyze customer behavior across multiple channels to identify conversion opportunities.
  • Generate detailed reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align strategies and achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Proven experience working in digital marketing.
  • Advanced experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Extensive understanding of website development and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media advertising, and display advertising campaigns.
