About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Motorola Solutions will play a crucial role in driving demand for the Digital Recognition Network (DRN), MVTRAC, and Secure Collateral Management (SCM) brands. This position focuses on developing and implementing lead-generation strategies that align with sales goals and overall business objectives, ensuring effective marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with national and state associations, media outlets, and subject matter experts to expand reach and influence.
  • Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Enhance marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage assigned budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the financial services technology or automotive recovery sectors is a plus.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
