This hybrid position, based in Alameda, California, offers an attractive pay rate and the opportunity to work collaboratively within a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative marketing strategies that leverage the Internet, extranet, multimedia, and e-commerce platforms to enhance the Client's market presence. In this role, you will identify opportunities to expand marketing innovation and effectively utilize existing capabilities across various divisions. Monitoring consumer behavior and conducting thorough marketing research will be essential to yield actionable insights that help shape the overall strategy and direction of marketing efforts. You will also be tasked with developing and managing SEO programs, focusing on defining and improving the total value of the Client's online portfolio. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage the execution of both short and long-term objectives and tactical plans for marketing corporate and cross-division programs. A key aspect of this role will involve educating, training, and promoting digital marketing initiatives among corporate and divisional marketing managers, as well as design agencies. This position requires a proactive approach to digital marketing, ensuring that all strategies are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies to support the Client's business.
  • Identify opportunities to expand marketing innovation across divisions.
  • Monitor consumer behavior and conduct marketing research for actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage SEO programs to improve the Client's online portfolio.
  • Manage execution of short and long-term marketing objectives and tactical plans.
  • Educate and train corporate and divisional marketing managers on digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible marketing experience in healthcare or consumer marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and knowledge of email channels.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare professionals in clinics, doctors, hospitals, or pharmacies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track campaign performance.
