About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at RS Medical plays a crucial role in the company's growth strategy by ensuring accurate and timely communications. This position involves managing digital marketing programs, Salesforce contact management, and social media initiatives, while also supporting various marketing department projects such as training and events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Salesforce marketing programs, including lead management, campaign management, and account/contact management.
  • Create and deliver content for digital marketing programs in Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute content for social media programs across all channels.
  • Monitor, measure, report on, and fine-tune digital marketing programs for optimal success.
  • Track and report on website traffic, social media engagement, and feedback forums.
  • Create content for company hiring and employee programs.
  • Collaborate on the promotion and delivery of event materials.
  • Assist in research and preparation for marketing department projects.
  • Perform complex and varied work as necessary.
  • Carry out other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, and/or related experience in integrated marketing communications.
  • 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms, preferably Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and social media management tools like SEMRush.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective integrated marketing communications content.
  • Knowledge of new marketing/content trends and various marketing vehicles and channels.
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to act decisively amid changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and interact with all levels of staff and departments.
