Social media management is a key responsibility, where the manager will develop and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. This includes monitoring social media channels, responding to customer inquiries, and managing community interactions. The manager will analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance. The role also involves implementing and managing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic, as well as overseeing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media. The manager will track and report on the performance of these efforts. Email marketing is another critical component, where the manager will design and execute campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers, managing email lists and measuring campaign performance. Analytics and reporting are vital to this role, as the manager will use tools like Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports on key performance metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities is essential for success in this position. Experience in the home improvement or building materials industry is highly desirable, as the manager will also be responsible for managing internet listings across various platforms to ensure data accuracy and monitor customer reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
