About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Ndustrial is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals. This role focuses on driving customer engagement and revenue growth through market research, campaign optimization, and collaboration with sales and product teams. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills to enhance Ndustrial's brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns and content strategy, including digital content, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain and update the company website.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and report on performance metrics.
  • Liaise with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to refine marketing strategies.
  • Track and measure KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and driving measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, product marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
