About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Xometry will oversee acquisition marketing for Thomasnet, playing a crucial role in expanding the supplier network through effective advertising and marketing strategies. This position involves managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and evolve marketing strategies to acquire new suppliers for advertising on Thomas.
  • Identify target audience and assess outreach strategies and channels.
  • Identify appropriate media channels for target audience and collaborate with teams to develop budgets and execute campaigns.
  • Develop new campaigns to encourage suppliers to list their business on Thomas and understand marketing services offered.
  • Manage and execute a monthly and annual calendar of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, including email metrics, conversion, and retention, to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Achieve campaign objectives/KPIs and develop strategic plans to deliver results.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to improve product ideas and create an ideal supplier experience.
  • Leverage software tools to inform a data-driven approach in marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in advertiser-side marketing, preferably in a digital marketplace and/or B2B setting.
  • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint (and Google Docs equivalents), Looker.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Experience executing customer marketing plans in a digital marketplace.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, product, and services teams.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and undertake work assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Data/ROI driven with ownership of revenue-related KPIs.
  • Solid experience in project management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize.
