About the position

Pink Zebra Home is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and optimization of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO). In this role, you will oversee and inspire a talented team, including graphic designers, creative visionaries (photographers and stylists), and social media experts, to drive our brand's growth and enhance its online presence. The ideal candidate is not only a CRO expert but also a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading creative teams to exceed ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels. You will manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing CRO strategies to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets to improve conversion rates and customer experience. You will oversee the execution of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization initiatives, using tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the creative team to ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand's vision and supports conversion goals. Additionally, you will partner with the social media team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms. Analyzing and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns will be essential, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI. You will also integrate AI technologies, including OpenAI, to enhance marketing efficiency, automate insights, and drive predictive analytics for better decision-making. Staying updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and CRO will be crucial to applying this knowledge to ongoing projects. Finally, you will manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on CRO, including proven leadership experience managing a diverse marketing team.
  • Expertise in CRO with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or Hotjar.
  • Knowledge of integrating AI technologies, specifically OpenAI, into digital marketing and CRO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a creative team towards achieving marketing goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and CRM systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor web edits and landing page tweaks.
  • Certification in digital marketing, CRO, or related fields is a plus.
