As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels. You will manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing CRO strategies to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets to improve conversion rates and customer experience. You will oversee the execution of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization initiatives, using tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the creative team to ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand's vision and supports conversion goals. Additionally, you will partner with the social media team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms. Analyzing and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns will be essential, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI. You will also integrate AI technologies, including OpenAI, to enhance marketing efficiency, automate insights, and drive predictive analytics for better decision-making.
