About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities for the new influencer program and supporting overall marketing and communications tasks. This role is crucial for managing influencer relationships, creating engaging content, and analyzing marketing performance to promote conservative public policy initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the daily tasks of the influencer program, including identifying new potential influencers, managing outreach, and coordinating collaborations.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring timely deliverables and brand alignment.
  • Track and report on influencer campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Assist in managing the content calendar across social media platforms.
  • Create engaging, on-brand graphics, videos, and posts for social media and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on content strategy and scheduling.
  • Support in distribution of press releases.
  • Assist in brand website updates and housekeeping.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter.
  • Pull and analyze social media and marketing performance data.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Director on special projects and media outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer management, or social media.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
