About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Eaton is a strategic role within the Marketing Communications team, focusing on enhancing digital customer engagement and user experience. This position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with commercial growth goals, leveraging various digital channels to build brand awareness, generate leads, and improve return on investment through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and field MarCom teams to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial growth goals.
  • Understand the buyer's journey, personas, and pain points to inform marketing strategies.
  • Recommend effective digital marketing tactics including web, email, paid media, organic social, video, and webinars.
  • Work with the global CoE to implement effective SEO strategies and page design.
  • Establish a lead scoring model to identify marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Monitor and assess the performance of digital marketing initiatives, reporting key findings and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage Adobe Target for testing and personalization of digital content.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws regarding personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Enhance user experience on Eaton.com and MyEaton using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Drive consistent use of enterprise taxonomies across all systems.
  • Utilize marketing technology tools to increase efficiencies and results.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, execution, and analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Expertise in digital marketing including SEO, analytics, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Experience with marketing technology tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical products, markets, and channels.
