About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Wahlburgers is responsible for driving strategic development and growth across key digital marketing channels. This includes managing the website, overseeing SEO, executing paid digital advertising, and enhancing social media engagement. The role requires analytical insights to optimize brand awareness and sales across all digital platforms, while collaborating with the marketing team to launch impactful programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the website and direct agencies on performance improvement and creative updates.
  • Oversee SEO optimization with measurable goals for improvements.
  • Review the online menu and ordering platform for strategic growth.
  • Provide insights to enhance online ordering management, increasing add-on sales and growing check sizes.
  • Regularly update the site with new promotions and featured menu items.
  • Oversee the WahlClub program, managing offers, messaging, and segmentation to drive customer loyalty.
  • Plan and schedule targeted messages to share brand news and exclusive offers.
  • Analyze competitor programs and provide monthly reporting on campaign impact.
  • Manage location stats and listings on digital channels.
  • Develop marketing partnerships to drive sales through third-party apps.
  • Execute social media strategy and manage the content calendar.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive gift card sales through merchandising and campaigns.
  • Support the management of system-wide campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three or more years of digital marketing experience required.
  • Current or previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Specialist, or higher role in the hospitality and/or retail sectors is highly preferred.
  • Experience with content management systems and an understanding of common publishing needs.
  • Proficient knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including digital experience management and multi-channel marketing.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
