About the position

Eastern Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its digital marketing strategy across various business lines. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through owned and paid channels. The manager will report directly to the head of Strategy and will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Translate overall Brand and Product strategy into a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across both owned and paid digital channels.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that paid media campaigns and website content meet specific goals.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop digital creative assets and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and nurturing to drive acquisition of qualified leads.
  • Establish a framework for measuring digital channel performance and optimize spend based on analytics.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack, evaluate new technologies, and oversee existing platforms and vendors.
  • Implement SEO best practices for web content to improve rankings and drive traffic.
  • Develop and execute monthly release schedules for the website and collaborate on shared assets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across multiple digital marketing channels including Social, Display, Search, Web, and Email.
  • Proven experience in SEO/SEM best practices and partnership with analytics teams.
  • Experience with B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM), and familiarity with SalesForce CRM.
  • Deep experience with Hubspot, ideally as an administrator.
  • Adept with reporting platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Understanding of digital KPIs, performance measurement, and optimization across paid and organic channels.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing and the Financial services industry or FinTech.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile working methodologies.
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives.
