About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Lumen is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on paid media campaigns. This role requires strong analytical skills to translate quantitative data into actionable insights for stakeholders. The position emphasizes collaboration across teams to enhance campaign performance and reporting, ultimately driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on campaign performance for various digital programs including programmatic display, paid social, paid search, and account-based marketing.
• Collaborate with the lead generation team to build reporting that measures the impact of paid media on inbound calls, chats, and form fills, linking these to revenue.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop standardized campaign tracking dashboards using Salesforce and/or Tableau.
• Communicate campaign performance effectively to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Digital advertising certifications, internships, or college-level coursework.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organization, presentation, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
