About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead online marketing initiatives, focusing on developing, implementing, and managing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creative thinking, and project management expertise to effectively enhance the company's digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Oversee the development of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms that align with our brand voice and objectives.
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to measure and report on campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Digital Marketing Manager
• Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and CRM is required
• Extensive experience with Facebook Insights, Google Ad, and other advertisement platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
• Experience in blogging and other forms of content creation
• Proven track record in increasing brand awareness through digital marketing strategies
• Proficient in campaign planning and execution
