About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Hearth & Home Technologies will lead digital marketing initiatives for the Stove Business Unit, focusing on content strategy, digital campaigns, and brand engagement. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and conversion through effective digital channels and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate, nurture, and convert leads through digital channels.
  • Oversee paid digital media campaigns, including SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and paid social.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to optimize the website for traffic and conversion opportunities.
  • Partner with CRM experts to execute personalized campaigns and track lead conversion metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to digital marketing, website traffic, and lead generation; implement A/B tests to optimize results.
  • Develop, implement, and administer a content and campaign calendar that aligns with business objectives.
  • Produce engaging content for various platforms including website, blog, email campaigns, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop digital advertising plans aligned with an omnichannel content marketing strategy.
  • Create, edit, and facilitate the production of digital and video content that engages audience segments.
  • Oversee the distribution of content across all channels, including social media platforms, company website, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Execute social media calendar while engaging in discussions around content, products, and brand.
  • Monitor and respond to consumer reviews, ensuring timely engagement that nurtures customer relationships.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, English, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8 or more years of B2C marketing experience required; B2B preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead successful content marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Proficient with social media tools (Sprout Social) and skilled in search optimization.
  • Proven success in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and direct marketing tactics.
  • Strong writing, editing, and public speaking skills to engage audiences across platforms.
  • Track record of meeting deadlines, KPIs, and budgets while managing multiple projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative content ideas and strategies.
