As a Digital Marketing Manager at our fast-growing E-commerce business located in Roanoke, IN, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving brand awareness. You will be responsible for overseeing our social media efforts, developing and implementing marketing, branding, and advertising strategies that resonate with our ideal customers. Your role will involve acquiring customers through various digital channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as managing email campaigns and affiliate acquisitions to drive growth from both cold traffic leads and existing buyers. In this position, you will design, write, and plan engaging content for social media, blogs, E-newsletters, and evergreen nurture campaigns. You will also coordinate website changes and other marketing activities to align with product goals and budgetary constraints. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you perform and analyze marketing trends and ROI on current activities, making necessary adjustments to ensure profit and sales goals are achieved. You will manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue growth and customer acquisition costs are met or exceeded, while also building and maintaining relationships with existing partners to expand revenue. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a strategic promotional calendar, and direct the creative team for all content and design needs. Responsibilities

  • Oversee social media efforts to develop and implement marketing, branding, and advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Acquire customers through building, publishing, scaling, and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), emails, and affiliate acquisitions.
  • Design, write, and plan social media, blogs, E-newsletters, evergreen nurture campaigns, and marketing content.
  • Coordinate and implement content, website changes/updates, and other marketing activities aligned to product goals and budget.
  • Build segmented ad campaigns around planned sales & promotions to maximize profits.
  • Solicit and procure user-generated content for ads & socials as needed.
  • Perform and analyze marketing trends and ROI on current activities, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Test new acquisition channels, tools & strategies to attract and convert more affiliate partners.
  • Manage and lead the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue growth and monthly customer acquisition cost expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships and ongoing engagement with existing partners to expand revenue.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure engagement and follow-up expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop & execute a strategic promotional calendar.
  • Direct the creative team for all content/design needs and support in the development of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Branding, or a similar field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience with 1-2 years' eCommerce experience.
  • Experience within meat processing, farm, agriculture, E-Commerce, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience in managing six-figure ad spend is needed.
  • Strong research, analytical and critical thinking ability; forward-thinking with strong business and market acumen.
  • Excellent prioritizing, planning, and executing various projects simultaneously.
  • Creative ability to develop content that is aesthetically pleasing and drives action.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage P&L with a strong ability to conceptualize and create enhancements.
  • Advanced ability with technology, social media, websites, and ERP programs preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present and influence others.
  • Demonstrates a high customer-focus and support personality; positive and optimistic; takes initiative and has a drive to get things done.
