About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Cornerstone Capital Bank will oversee various digital marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve specific marketing goals. This role is crucial for initiating and executing digital projects while managing the digital content team. The ideal candidate will be innovative and multimedia savvy, with a strong understanding of digital touchpoints to drive effective digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement digital content strategy including social media, email marketing campaigns, CRM management, website content, and public relations.
  • Oversee the Digital Content Team, providing direction and guidance on projects, managing priorities, and overcoming obstacles.
  • Identify and communicate key responsibilities to digital team members to ensure a successful attitude and teamwork.
  • Execute digital campaigns and projects in alignment with department goals, collaborating with marketing team and stakeholders.
  • Act as marketing lead for the migration from Salesforce to Surefire CRM.
  • Assist with the development of CRM campaigns, digital assets, and customer journeys for retention and acquisition.
  • Research and monitor the latest digital tools and trends to incorporate into the digital strategy.
  • Oversee department technology tools and adoption within the sales field.
  • Provide training on digital tools to advise internal clients on marketing features and best practices.
  • Audit and summarize data, trends, and processes related to marketing campaign execution, including data-driven results reporting.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong strategic and project management skills.
  • 5+ years in a management role with direct reports.
  • Database marketing experience and knowledge of content management systems.
  • Experience implementing campaigns across various channels (email, digital, social, PR, CRM).
  • Broad knowledge of digital best practices and emerging digital tools.
  • Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints.
  • Coordination and execution of brand marketing creative and understanding of the creative development process.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
