The Digital Marketing Manager at Precept Ministries plays a crucial role in the Marketing team, bringing expertise in digital marketing strategies, including email automation, paid media, social media, and web development. This position requires collaboration with various departments to align marketing strategies with business goals, ensuring effective execution and assessment of digital campaigns. The manager will also oversee the marketing technology systems and advocate for best practices in both marketing and IT, while fostering a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Management to build high-level digital marketing campaigns and content plans.
• Develop campaign structures and themes in partnership with Marketing Management.
• Build project plans, timelines, and task lists that align with marketing strategies.
• Research and implement digital marketing best practices to drive business needs.
• Leverage marketing automation tools for executing and managing email campaigns.
• Manage website performance, conversions, and user experience.
• Oversee PPC, SEO, and retargeting efforts for high performance.
• Provide strategic guidance for mobile app execution and improvements.
• Manage the Mar-tech marketing team, delegating tasks effectively.
• Serve as the marketing lead for all MarTech projects and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Marketing, or Communications.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Shopify.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and Grants.
• Strong understanding of SEO for web pages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and provide data-backed recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in app development.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMSs) like Contentful.
