The Digital Marketing Manager at Perry Homes plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's digital marketing efforts, particularly focusing on lead generation and operational efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with various teams, including Performance/Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Design, and Website Operations, to drive digital traffic and generate leads effectively. The manager will leverage the CRM platform, HubSpot, to optimize marketing automation, email marketing, and campaign management, ensuring that all digital marketing initiatives align with the company's strategic goals. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will act as the subject matter expert for HubSpot, responsible for creating and executing an annual roadmap to maintain and enhance the platform's capabilities. This includes managing data structures and automation processes to improve lead nurturing and overall instance health. The manager will also develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all HubSpot instances, ensuring that the digital marketing strategies are data-driven and results-oriented. Additionally, the manager will lead the email marketing strategy, focusing on enhancing lead nurturing tactics and identifying opportunities to improve lead conversion through lifecycle communications. Regular reporting on Email Marketing KPIs will be essential to track progress and make informed decisions. The role also involves supporting the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing and the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing in launching timely and budget-conscious campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will design processes and systems to ensure client satisfaction and on-time execution of campaigns and promotions, working closely with agency partners to create, execute, and report on lead generation campaigns. Operational leadership is a key component of this position, as the manager will act as a matrixed team operations leader across various brands, content, Digital Experience, and Field Marketing programs. This multifaceted role requires strong communication skills, time management, attention to detail, initiative, and creativity to drive successful marketing outcomes.
