About the position

Iceberg Web Design is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing team and manage client relationships. This part-time role involves overseeing the execution of results-driven campaigns while providing hands-on support to the team. The ideal candidate will blend leadership with practical expertise, guiding both clients and internal teams to achieve digital marketing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the digital marketing team, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Manage client campaigns and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Conduct kickoff meetings with clients to define project goals and expectations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
• Oversee the development and management of all digital marketing client services.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external contractors to complete campaign tasks.
• Manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns, optimizing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a team or direct reports.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar management frameworks.
• Experience with SEMRush, Birdeye, and Google My Business.
