About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at Flow is a pivotal role that focuses on maintaining and implementing comprehensive advertising strategies aimed at driving top-of-funnel growth for Flow.life. This position encompasses a wide range of marketing activities, including digital advertising, Internet Listing Services (ILS) channel management, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and guerrilla marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and other senior leaders to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the overall business goals of the company. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will assist in enhancing the visibility and lead generation for each of FOL Management's properties. This includes implementing targeted marketing strategies for various business initiatives that align with the company's objectives. The manager will contribute to digital campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and display ads, to maximize online presence and engagement. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will conduct keyword research, engage in social listening, and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to optimize existing paid search campaigns and create new ones as necessary. The role also involves auditing and optimizing the performance of Internet Listing Services (ILS) to increase the quality of leads and conversions. Implementing effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic is another critical aspect of this position. The manager will analyze, review, and report on campaign performance, utilizing metrics to inform future strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with top of the funnel in each one of FOL Management properties
  • Implement marketing strategies for various business initiatives aligning with company objectives
  • Contribute to digital campaigns across channels such as social media, email marketing, PPC, and display ads to maximize online visibility and lead generation
  • Conduct keyword research, social listening, analysis/insights/recommendations
  • Optimize existing Paid Search campaigns and create new campaigns as needed
  • Audit and optimize the performance of Internet Listing Services (ILS) to increase quality leads and conversions
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Analyze, review, and report on campaign performance, using metrics to inform future strategy decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, including expertise in managing email and paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong expertise in digital advertising, SEO, and performance analytics
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative marketing opportunities
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, and/or magazine subscriptions is a plus
  • Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is a plus
